This class is different from most yoga classes the body is trained to flow in and out of a pose with graceful movement while maintaining alignment. The movement creates greater muscle strength and coaxes the muscles to greater flexibility. Less structured than our other classes this class promotes spontaneity and creativity.
“I enjoy the flexibility of Amana and not being locked into classes. I pay for five classes and I can go to any five I choose . If I am having a hard week I will go to the Yoga for Every-Body because it is well within my range. When I want to push myself outside of my comfort zone I attend Vinyasa Flow (Level 1). I enjoy Stephen’s approach because he is confident and keeps the classes grounded.
