Drop in fee $12. $55 for 5 class pass or $110 for 10 classes, it can be used at any of the open/ongoing classes. Pre registered classes do not apply.


We also have a Monthly $70 unlimited yoga. This means you can attend any of our  drop-in classes at both locations for as many times as you like for just $70/month. This is a great opportunity to try out different classes and see the benefits of taking more than one class per week. We also offer a Monthly unlimited Yoga & Pilates. You can attend any of our drop in Yoga and Pilates classes at both locations for only $90/month 

Yoga for Every-Body teaches that harmony, happiness, and abundance are available to anyone willing to embrace a consciousness-based approach to life.  Chopra Center co-founders; Drs. Deepak Chopra and David Simon have designed a daily classical yoga practice to help you unite body, mind, and spirit while bringing you into alignment with the magnificent rhythms of nature.  Students are guided through a body centered restful awareness approach that can be taken more deeply or gently depending on the needs of the individual.

 

Ashtanga Yoga Therapy class is a modern series of poses (asana) with constant movement using Vinyasa (breath) to link one asana to the next through a series of counter-poses.  The movement is linked with the rhythms of the breath to take the practice beyond a physical experience.  The sequence conditions the entire body by building strength and improving flexibility.  The Vinyasa assist in building heat to help relax the muscles and create greater flexibility. 

 

Vinyasa Flow is different from most yoga classes, the body is trained to flow in and out of a pose with graceful movement while maintaining alignment.  The movement creates greater muscle strength and coaxes the muscles to greater flexibility.  Less structured than our other classes this class promotes spontaneity and creativity.

The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga is a consciousness-based hatha yoga program infused with teachings from Dr. Chopra's classic bestseller The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success. Hatha Yoga is the study of the asanas or postures based on Patanjali's Eight Limbs of Yoga. Our program offers a balanced approach that can be taken more deeply or gently, depending on the needs of the individual. We guide students to experience body-centered restful awareness, which in turn helps each student find the perfect way to do the postures.

 

Yoga Playground for Toddlers (2-3 yrs old) Introduce your toddler to yoga by joining our Yoga Playground. A fun, playful 45 minute class filled with games, poses, music, stories and quiet time. Give your child the tools of mindfulness and self-regulation that will last a lifetime. No previous yoga experience required. Yoga Playground for Preschoolers (4-5 yrs old) Bring your preschooler on an adventure in our Yoga Playground. Using games, yoga poses, puppets, partner play and storytelling we’ll discover the strength and resilience of our rainbow bodies. By modeling for children how to be present with their physical selves, we will calm and center their often chaotic internal selves naturally. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Prenatal Yoga We help you to reconnect with your inner wisdom, guiding you through a class specifically designed for the journey of pregnancy.  Linking yoga postures with the breath will lead you to new discoveries, bringing awareness to the mind, body, spirit, and also the spirit of your baby.  The program, conducted in a calm, peaceful environment will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine, and increase overall comfort.

 

Pilates This program is designed for the student that has no prior experience with Pilates.  Pilates is a balance of eastern and western movement philosophies developing core strength for postural benefits.  A gentle but powerful discipline balancing mindfulness, body awareness, alignment, strength, and flexibility moving toward full body integration.
