How do I learn to Meditate?

Meditation is easily learned in four sessions over a period of two days.

In sessions one and two, we will introduce you to the basic principles of meditation; its history and the importance of your mantra. You will receive personal instruction when receiving your mantra and learn how to use it. You will try meditation for the first time using your mantra.

In sessions three and four, you will learn the practical aspects of meditation, share your experience, receive answers to any questions, and meditate with us. You will also hear a lecture about the higher states of consciousness that can be achieved with a regular meditation practice. We will hear Deepak Chopra's vision of these higher states.

Meditation is recommended for anyone who wishes to enjoy deeper peace, greater freedom, and mastery of life.

 

We can fit the course around your schedule or you can join a week-end course. Whatever works best for you.
