Thanks so much for taking the time to visit our site and inquire on our program offerings. I have been practicing Yoga since 1999, after looking for many years for the "right" form of exercise and have also completed more than 200 hrs training with accomplished teachers including Shiva Rea, Shakta Kur and Tim Miller. I fell in love with Yoga when I discovered so many benefits that affected me physically, mentally, and spiritually. It also greatly helped me combat the chronic back pain that I had been fighting since the age of 18, along with the stress that seemed to always bring it on.

Hello and thanks for visiting. I have been practicing yoga for more than 15 years and meditating for 9 years and received my Yoga Teacher training in 2006 and a year later, I completed my PSM TT. These programs have given me the knowledge and skills necessary to provide my students with optimal training. To add to my area of expertise, I have also received training from Beryl Bender Birch, Tim Miller and currently studying with Jody Manley who is the most senior Ashtanga teacher east of Montreal. From a physical and emotional level, I can honestly say that yoga and meditation have done more to enhance good health and emotional well-being than any other single thing I have done.
I received my Yoga certification in May 2006 from the Chopra Center in Carlsbad, California. This, along with my instructor certification which allows me to teach the Primordial Sound Meditation program, has given me the knowledge and tools for which I am excited to share with you. We look forward to welcoming you to our studio.
